There are many Home Builders in Australia that will pre-arrange House and Land Packages.
A House and Land Package is often where the Builder, or developer, buys the land and builds the house in advance, and it can be ready for occupation earlier than other buying methods.
Some of these builders will also arrange a House and Land Package, based on your choice of land, and choice of house, but you will start paying for it earlier, as it is being built.
