Australian Bank Home Loan Rates January 2017

This shows a Base Variable rate of 5.04% and with Fixed rates starting from from 3.99%. The highest rate is 5.84% for the FlexiPlus Mortgage Facility, which is basically a line of credit linked to a standard bank account.
